Crestapol 1212 is suitable for use in both wet bath and injection applications, delivering a number

Crestapol 1212 can be highly filled with mineral fillers, such as ATH. For fire retardant applications this means the ability to achieve the most stringent fire, smoke & toxic fume industry standards.
In addition a cost benefits can be achieved through the use of high filler loadings ( up to 2:1; filler: resin) , plus the additional benefits of reduced shrinkage & improved scratch resistance. Low viscosity allows high filler loadings and improved and consistent wet out of fibre. Rapid cure allows faster line speeds to be used resulting in production rates being significantly increased The tough resin matrix delivers high mechanical properties even with high filler loadings.
Crestapol 1212 is compatible with standard pigments, allowing high quality coloration of components to be achieved.
