Scott Bader fully supports the intentions of the REACH Regulations (EC 1907/2006) and is actively engaging with industry bodies, suppliers and customers to ensure minimal disruption to the supply chain.
Pre-registrations of all identified monomers, additives and other raw materials have been completed for the following legal entities, covering all Scott Bader operations affected by the EU REACH Regulations:
- Scott Bader UK Ltd - Wollaston, UK
- Scott Bader S.A. - Amiens, France
- Scott Bader Company Ltd - "Only Representative" for Scott Bader's non-EU operations
For all supplied raw materials and for those traded products that are not exempt from the REACH Regulations, Scott Bader expects the supply chain to complete pre-registrations and registrations. To this end, we are continuing to work in close contact with our suppliers, including those located outside the EU, to ensure that all REACH obligations are met without interrupting supply.
