Scott Bader has developed a wide portfolio of water based resins for Flexo and gravure printing applications resulting in a range of resins suitable for both absorbent and non absorbent substrates.
The absorbent substrates commonly include paper, board and clay coated stock and we can offer products with the following desired properties:
- Good Rub resistance
- High Opacity and low curl on thin substrates
- Good pigment wetting for grinding media
- We can also offer additves which improve transfer charcteristics of Flexo Inks.
More recently we have developed products for the non absorbent substrate area which can be found under the Film and Foil section.
