High gloss
Texicryl emulsions enable overprint varnishes to be made using the highest level of gloss yet still achieving application viscosity. The Rheology of the binders enables excellent holdout to be achieved in the formulation.
Rapid Dry
Very fast dry speeds can be obtained in finished overprint varnishes due to the high solids levels achievable.
Excellent Film Clarity
This enhances the depth and intensity of the inks underneath the overprint varnish.
Excellent Levelling
Excellent flow out is easily achievable enabling thin films to be roller coated using standard lithographic equipment.
Low Odour and very low free monomer levels
